Ie. it all has +1 dam & hit or 8 AC with -5 AC apply on it so people can eq partially and keep leveling, without having to spend an eternity eqing on a higher alt or trying to buy eq on auction. (Especially as no one sells eq anymore and no one really is social. :p ) |
