When you type alias without any arguments it could show you a 3 column display that would have the alias name, the character that it was created for and then what the alias actually did. I endorse your idea ;)

My knight has b binded to bash / stand up, so that if i miss i get right back up. Lets say i want my Mage to have b binded to color spray. If this alias shared by account thing was activated, it would make it very hard for me to use colorspray on my knight, or bash on my mage. Why not Aalias, or acount alias, for commands that you want to be shared by your account, and then keep normal alias for the charactar its set for - that would certainly help.
