Neswas	Posted on: 2007-03-27 7:42 PM I find paying rent to be very annoying. Is there a way to buy property, i.e. land or house in tempus so that i don't have to keep getting a room?

frychu	Posted on: 2007-03-28 4:18 AM oh, and when you get a house, you still pay rent, but it's at a lower rate methinks. not sure. to find out more about houses, type "help real estate" while in the MUD. yay!
TOWER	Posted on: 2007-03-28 8:46 AM We should change "rent" in houses to read "real-estate tax" or something like that to make it so people can say stuff about renting being dumb and how you should buy rather than rent (story of my life)
Rahvin	Posted on: 2007-03-28 3:27 PM I think that with a house you pay rent only on the equipment you wear and store, but not the level multiplier that you pay at the inn's. Not sure, but I for some reason I think thats how it is.
