This reboot:
Petrification now slowly turns creatures to stone, which kills them.
Attacking a mob that flees unsuccessfully now starts combat.
Barbs no longer have a penalty for gaining a weapon proficiency
Casting Rhythm of rage now has a chance to make caster attack.
Mages no longer cast true seeing repeatedly.
Numerous fixes to affect-casting spells.
Having high intelligence no longer penalizes practicing
Mage mobiles no longer attack twice per combat round
Gold and cash are now usable keywords for drop, give, and plant
Calm now makes a room !violence and is castable only by good knights
Dying now properly prompts Press RETURN to continue.
Damage-over-time effects no longer prevent other DoT effects
Include gold and cash as keywords for drop-give-plant
Fix cast type of money_t in list_commission_item()
Make petrification into a short-lived spell that kills when it runs out.
Dying now actually puts PCs into afterlife state.
Stop some damage-over-time effects from preventing later ones
