This reboot:

• Hamstring fells victim only if damage succeeds
• Crossface now only impacts victim if damage is successful
• Sleeper now only sleeps if damage succeeds
• Bombs and owned items now invalid for mail or rent
• Oedit reloader now loads only if necessary
• Fire breathing spell should now have appropriate damage

• Fixes to fullness calculation
