This reboot:

• The chemistry skill has been revamped. Check the help files.
• Chemistry is now available to mercs at level 23.
• The implant flag is no longer removed by randomization.
• The drink command now works with potions.
• New characters now start in the original newbie tower.
• Characters below level 6 can now see invisible PCs.

• Dispel magic has better emits for bless/damn failures.
