Experience and Zone changes | |

Wrath | Posted 25 Mar 2007 Some of the most popular zones on the game have now become vacant of players. The new experience calculations, as well as some mob changes, have turned the Forest of La'mogra, Immoth Hollow, and other zones from great high level places to level, to either not worth the trouble or not worth the time. It is really hard to find a good place to level a high level character now, and I personally feel this is one of the reasons I see so very few people playing recently. Good places to level a 40+ character are the heart of playing on Tempus, and we really need to have them back. Fleeing constantly, getting killed and looted, being overwhelmed by 50 mobs, fighting for 5 minutes and being slowed for 200k exp, are all frustrating. I don't like frustrating. Maybe I'm weird. I love Tempus. I love the hard work the immortals put into making the game better, and am thankful for their effort. But I really think these changes should be reconsidered, or at least modified. Anybody agree? |
TOWER | Posted 26 Mar 2007 Woohoo! I thought Demandred's post had killed this site for good. |
Azimuth | Posted 30 Mar 2007 On average, if you were making 200k, then you were probably making around 300k before. It's not like you were making a million exp. Anyway, mob experience is now much more in line with what it used to be, as of today. Enjoy. |
Demandred | Posted 4 Apr 2007 I was thinking the same thing… was wondering why the thing didn't update for so long. |
Demandred | Posted 4 Apr 2007 Watch, after this post everything dies for another month. |
Azimuth | Posted 4 Apr 2007 Only if people quit posting (to point out the obvious). |
