I propose we have a rent forgiveness day once (or twice a year). For those who haven't played in awhile and didn't cryo etc, they can get their rent paid if they log on that day! (without purging)

Could be the first day of spring or summer? and then fall or winter if we have a second one.

I like this idea ;p. Rent since February 2008 is going to hurt.
