Post Code Broke Stuff

So i honestly think it is super crazy how many things are broke after this change. obviously azi knows what he is doing. if the change will make tempus better in the long run i am all for it but i think there should have been some type of run through of some sort on all classes afterwards to make the transition a little less painful.

i noticed the other day after being dispelled during an attempted pk that anti-magic shell didnt work. while its not that big of a deal it could have cost me to be killed in the proccess because my mana shield was dispelled off over and over.

today i decide to start leveling my good cleric again and i go and stig a couple mobs and start fighting some others. i go back after a good 15 minutes and the mob has taken no damage at all from the stig.

this really isnt me bitching as much as it is constructive criticism. i just think that after all the stuff was done we could have got some people and tested skills and spells out to make sure everything was working right. some of the things that were/are messed up are very important parts of classes.

I saw no problem with how the mud was before, obviously I have no idea about anything that has to do with code, but I know everything worked before, and now it doesnt.

There are substantial benefits to the change, even if you can't see them. The mud runs a lot faster: reboots take three seconds. Even with all the bugs, it crashes less. It's also going to be far easier to add cool new stuff, which is the main reason I did it.

You're right, though - I should have gotten people to shake out these problems before I switched it over. I simply wasn't expecting this many issues.

So, my bad. I'm trying to get them fixed as fast as I can.
