After almost 10 years i've finally decided to work on a new class! One thing i've discovered is what i feel is a small problem with the holy symbols. I went to my guild and bought the 4 they have there for the various levels of Knight. I guess my problem was the sceptre….is this really a good item for knights? I would think they would strive for something that didn't interefere with thier martial skills and when i'm holding a secpetre i cant use a shield!

any thoughts?

I know you can get stronger stuff later but for new folks or for people that cant run down to hell for the eyes of light and dark, a more reasonable holy symbol would make more sense right?

there is the eyes of light and darkness as you said which loads in shade and it covers levels 10-49 and it is worn on wrist

there is also the symbol of alron which is 35-49 and is worn on wrist…this also gives like 1 wis i think…

i dont know of any others for good knight but there are other ones for evil

Shade you say? Thats much better, someone told me it laoded down in hell. That makes for an easier try.

Ive never loaded it but i was told that it loaded in shade…but be careful i was told there is a dt right by it…

and i think the symbol of alron loads in heaven but im not sure

Mask? Jade mask is worn by the jade knight. Jade mask, jade circlet, jade broadsword, jade underwear.. pretty sure that's him.

You'll find him (as I'm sure you know) at the top of the Silver Tower.

Be like the beheaders and remove the shield to cast your spells!

Then wear it again ofcourse…

You dont have to remove your shield to cast spells, you just cant cast wielding a 2 hander

You do have to remove your shield to hold the scepter that was mentioned above… Or I guess you could remove your weapon instead.. shrug

Without checking the object files, I'm going to say that the jade mask you guys are talking about was the mask that loaded on King Alcinoos in the first level of the now-defunct Oddy. Remember golden cowl, staff of fire, ect..? That was all him.

Oh man, THAT jade mask? Is Oddy done being revamped?
