Charm Person, is it too powerfull?
Kabal Posted 22 Aug 2008

dont yall think charm person is giving too much power to a mage? well i believe it should not work in the npk zones (towards other players), my reason for this is if your charmed in a npk they can make you follow them to a cpk, kill and take all your eq. maybe im wrong but, i think its just too much power.

              opinions??

No, charm person is not too powerful. What isn't too powerful is pk, it's dead, quit trying to drive it even further into the great beyond.. I've mentioned before… Pk like my friend Ashley Santos was found dead in a ditch a long time ago..

I would agree that charm person vs players isn't terribly useful as it doesn't prevent you from entering commands of your own, such as leaving the room as soon as you get charmed (fleeing, recalling or just walking out).

Sanctuary + sav_spells

No it's not. There are ways around it, accessible to all classes, in addition to those already mentioned here.
