Deneb | Posted 22 Sep 2010 The helpfile for 'break door' says: This skill allows you to use the 'bash' command to knock down doors. Pickproof doors may not be bashed in. Was the ability to bash doors intended for all classes and made easier for mercenaries and barbarians with this skill? Or, was it intended for mercenaries and barbarians only? Whichever way it was intended, all classes can bash doors and with ease, they just need enough strength. Some other merc stuff I thought might be neat: Infiltrate should work with opening and closing doors which would more or less feeds the mercenaries' stealthy urban-breaching side. If you're infiltrating and you open a door. 'You clandestinely open the door' and everyone else sees nothing. Hide should work better indoors for mercenaries if it doesn't already (outdoors for rangers). Sleeper is kind of a mercenary skill, too. Might be cool if mercenaries got that as well. That's all I'll say about that. The helpfile for 'garrote' is misspelled as garotte. I don't know if the second spelling an alternative but accepted way, but it should be consistent. And for my weekly complaint, more combinations for chemistry please. That or make it more dynamic. |
