Hi Everyone,

What do you think of having vanity rewards for posting on realms? A special hat, a unique trailer that is refreshed every month that you post X times. etc.

Since they're already connected to our accounts through the login, perhaps posting on realms

I think it would help get discussion going for more people.

I don't think people should post on here in hopes to receive a reward. Otherwise people would just keep bringing back old posts and posting nonsense. We post on here because we want to be heard - when we have an idea that may improve game play, attract more players, or keep our newbies from leaving.

It's probably something for once we upgrade to a forum with more functions, we can see how many times we've posted and earn achievements for participation, etc.

I didn't realize that you were considering upgrading the forum. In that case, you might consider a system like SlashDot (or many other news/forum/comment sites) that allow others quickly to "+1" comments. Comments that get high votes would (1) more easily indicate to the immortals what ideas are most popular and (2) earn the reward for the poster of said highly-voted comments.

Of course, you have to watch out for abuse, but I would think that the tie-in to user accounts would help with that.
