So after a sick kid waking me up decided to pop on Tempus. During this time a new player decided to grace us with his presence. Hung around for maybe ten minutes then quit. I couldn't send him a tell newbie or anything to let him/her know there is still life in this game. I really disagree with keeping the newbie zone silent. I understand you want to keep spam down to not overwhelm them but all you are doing is isolating them. His/her name was Soshi btw. Just my 2 cents.

I agree, as well. I just started today, and for the first 15 minutes, I didn't know there were still people who played on Tempus. It got pretty frustrating

Socials are a reason to stay! Otherwise how would you know who plays and the culture. Socials aren't spam. Directions could be given to turn off the newbie channel.

The description part of joining is kind of annoying, though. I just wrote about a sentence in each.

In my opinion, the Guide should be more updated, as I had no idea what the game was about when i first joined.

Cccfire, looking back at the newbie zone, what specific information about tempus would make things easier and more fun for you and other new players?

I just invited my friend to Tempus, and we couldn't get past the part where you get the key from the pillow!!! Turns out, something wasn't loading. He had to skip the tutorial, though. I still strongly disagree with the no chatting newbie zones, because we actually lost about 4 to 5 newbies today, and partially because of that, I think.

We will have that bug looked into. Thanks for sharing with your friends.
